Two-component Polyurethane

Major Characteristics
Polyurethane application know no bounds; the product offers a whole range of degrees of hardness, excellent mechanical properties and high levels of chemical and environmental stability. Further, it is very wear resistant, and is therefore used in the manufacture of objects subject to a great deal of wear, tear and impact (wheels, rollers, etc.), as well as in the concrete industry.
Low-viscosity, two-component polyurethane vulcanises at room temperature and requires a mould release agent for de-moulding. The mixture ratio is 1:1, greatly facilitating use.
